Don’t stress in your wedding dress! This service is for couples who have already planned the details of the event and booked all the suppliers. This is a “peace of mind” essential and meant for the couple that has planned a majority of their wedding and just needs help tying up loose ends and executing the wedding day. 

 

We will meet/phone/email several weeks or months before your wedding and determine how you would like the event to feel and look. Working together with you and your suppliers, we make it happen!

 

We will assist you in the following areas:

 

• We will review all the contracts signed with the suppliers

• Confer and confirm all the details of the arrangement

• Bride & Groom’s Preparation

• Management & coordination of the rehearsal dinner

• Management & coordination of the wedding Ceremony

• Management & coordination of the wedding Reception

 

On-The-Day Wedding Coordination  without Rehearsal Dinner

 

On-site coordination and execution. This includes the same services as above without rehearsal dinner. Note: This includes up to two hours of wedding rehearsal.
